Terms of Service
Last updated August 13, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cosmardar’s website and platform (the “Service”), which uses artificial intelligence to analyze financial and contract data and prepare negotiation briefs regarding the terms businesses receive from financial counterparties. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
Cosmardar analyzes financial data, contracts and related information that you provide or connect in order to identify terms — such as fees, rates, minimums, contract terms, volume commitments and usage — that may be worth negotiating with your counterparties, and to prepare a negotiation brief summarizing that analysis for your review.
Not Financial or Legal Advice
Cosmardar is an analytical and preparatory tool. Output produced by the Service, including any negotiation brief, recommended ask, leverage assessment or rationale, is generated using AI models and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee that any counterparty will agree to any specific rate, fee, term or concession. You are solely responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it and for any decisions you make.
Human Control Over Negotiations
Cosmardar prepares analysis and drafts negotiation briefs. It does not contact, negotiate with, or bind any counterparty on your behalf without your explicit authorization. You control whether any output is reviewed, edited, approved, or sent, and you are responsible for any communication or negotiation ultimately carried out using Cosmardar’s output.
Your Data and Third-Party Information
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any financial data, contracts, or information about third parties (including your counterparties) to Cosmardar, and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligation, law or third-party right. You grant Cosmardar a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting data you do not have the right to share, attempting to reverse-engineer our models, or using the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including your financial counterparties.
Disclaimers
The Service and all output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cosmardar does not warrant that any analysis will be accurate, complete, or result in any particular financial outcome. Market conditions, counterparty policies and your specific circumstances vary, and past negotiation patterns do not guarantee future results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmardar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any output, including any negotiation outcome with a counterparty.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
