Cosmardar (“Cosmardar,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-powered platform that helps businesses understand and negotiate the financial terms they receive from banks, payment processors, insurers, lenders, suppliers and other financial counterparties. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the Cosmardar platform (together, the “Service”).
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information obtained from third parties in order to prepare negotiation analysis on your behalf.
- Account and business information: name, work email, company details, and role.
- Financial and contract data: agreements, statements, invoices, pricing schedules, rates, fees, minimums, volumes and related terms that you upload or connect from your financial counterparties, so that our AI can analyze them.
- Counterparty and third-party information: information about the banks, processors, insurers, lenders and suppliers named in your agreements, to the extent it appears in the documents and data you provide.
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, device and log information, and communications with our team.
AI Processing of Your Data
Cosmardar uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to analyze the financial and contract data you provide — including fees, rates, minimums, contract terms, volume and usage — and to prepare negotiation briefs that identify where a term may be negotiable.
AI-generated output is analytical and advisory in nature. It reflects patterns in the data available to it at the time of analysis and does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice, and does not guarantee any specific outcome, rate, saving or concession from any counterparty. We do not use your confidential business or contract data to train models shared with other customers without your consent.
How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain and improve the Service.
- To generate negotiation briefs, analyses and related outputs for your review.
- To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Third-Party Information
Documents and data you submit to Cosmardar may contain information about third parties — including your financial counterparties, their representatives, or individuals named in contracts. You represent that you have the right to share this information with us for the purpose of preparing negotiation analysis, and you remain responsible for your obligations to those third parties, including any confidentiality provisions in your agreements with them.
We may use trusted third-party service providers (for example, cloud hosting and AI infrastructure providers) to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Data Retention and Security
We retain financial, contract and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data, appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect.
